Purpose of the RoleAs Lead Area Scheduler, you will provide leadership and technical oversight for all planning and scheduling activities within a defined project area on major power generation programs. This role is critical to ensuring safe, predictable, and efficient project execution across complex EPC environments. You will align detailed area-level schedules with the overall integrated master schedule, ensuring engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities are fully coordinated. By proactively identifying risks, driving mitigation strategies, and ensuring schedule integrity, you will play a key role in delivering high-value power projects that meet customer commitments and organizational objectives. This position requires strong experience in power generation projects (e.g., combined cycle, simple cycle, fossil, renewables, substations, transmission, or related infrastructure), along with the ability to lead planning teams and influence project stakeholders.
