Logistics * Maintain organized storage areas to streamline equipment retrieval and deployment. * Coordinate, prepare, and execute incoming and outgoing deliveries, including PO receiving and rack movement activities. * Arrange transportation of hardware between data center locations. * Track and document equipment movement using inventory management tools. * Assist with proper disposal of outdated or decommissioned equipment. * Required: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent * Required: Basic knowledge of computer hardware, servers, and components * Required: 1+ year(s) experience supporting IT equipment or related technology * Required: Basic understanding of how to use Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word) * Required: Flexibility to work non-standard business hours that may include weekends and/or holidays * Previous datacenter experience a plus Skills Data center, Logistics, Shipping/receiving, Customer service Top Skills Details Data center,Rack and stack,Troubleshooting Additional Skills & Qualifications Good team player Postiive attitude Willing to go above and beyond Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Des Moines, IA.
