*Employment Type:* Full-Time, Permanent *Salary Range:* $75,000-$95,000 + Commission *Schedule:* Monday-Friday, Core Hours 8am-5pm (Flexible) *About the Opportunity* A rapidly growing warehouse and logistics organization in the Lancaster region is seeking a *high-performing Warehouse & Logistics Sales Executive* to join their expanding team. Over the last decade, the company has seen substantial growth across warehousing, logistics services, and containerized storage solutions. As demand continues to rise, they are adding a new sales executive to help drive further expansion and strengthen client relationships across domestic and international markets. This is an exceptional opportunity for a sales professional with deep knowledge of *logistics, supply chain, warehousing, or freight*-someone who understands operational needs and can translate them into customized service solutions. In this role, you will have the autonomy to develop your territory, build long-term partnerships, and directly impact company revenue. *What You'll Do* As the Warehouse & Logistics Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating revenue by selling a portfolio of logistics and warehousing services to B2B clients. *Business Development & Sales Execution* * Identify, prospect, and secure new B2B clients with warehousing, storage, or logistics needs. * Sell warehouse space, storage solutions, logistics containers, and international logistics services. * Conduct on-site client visits, virtual presentations, and needs assessments to understand supply chain challenges. *Solution Building & Closing* * Prepare tailored proposals, quotes, and service agreements based on client requirements. * Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service scopes to successfully close deals. * Represent the organization professionally during client meetings, industry events, and trade shows. *Account Growth & Relationship Management* * Manage an active sales pipeline while nurturing relationships with existing clients. * Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within warehousing, logistics, and freight services. * Collaborate closely with operations, warehouse managers, and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery. *Operational Insight & Market Awareness* * Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer behaviors. * Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and sales reports (Salesforce currently used). * Support ongoing process improvements for sales efficiency and client satisfaction. *What You Bring* * Proven experience in *B2B sales*, ideally within *logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or freight forwarding*. * Strong understanding of warehouse operations, storage solutions, and logistics workflows. * Experience selling *services* (not just products) is highly preferred. * Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills. * Ability to manage multiple accounts and sales cycles simultaneously. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms. * Self-driven, results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently. * Willingness to travel locally within the Lancaster area for client meetings. * An existing network in logistics, manufacturing, retail, or import/export is a plus. *Work Environment* * Primarily field-based role with *1-2 days per week in the office* for team collaboration. * Flexible schedule built around meeting with clients and driving revenue. * Supportive environment focused on long-term growth and sales success. *Compensation & Benefits* * *Competitive base salary* * *Commission eligible* * *Benefits include:* * Health, dental, and vision insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * 401(k) * Long-term career growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding organization. *Job Type & Location*This is a Permanent position based out of Lancaster, PA. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
