Salary range: $110,000 - $140,000

Overview:

Deutsche Bank's Macro Value Group (MVG) is a cross-asset, global macro sales team within the Institutional Client Group (ICG).

MVG services its clients by providing macro trade solutions across asset classes including Global Rates, Foreign Exchange, Public Credit, Commodities & Emerging Markets.

Deutsche Bank's Institutional Client Group (ICG) facilitates primary origination, distribution, and secondary market-making of the FIC product suite and financing to institutional clients.

These clients include asset managers, pension funds, hedge funds, commercial & central banks, private equity, insurance groups, and sovereign wealth funds.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for servicing MVG's clients for cross-asset, global macro trading across Rates, FX, Credit, Commodities & EM.
  • Foster strong relationships with key personnel at the clients you help cover.
  • Work collaboratively with product partners in DB trading and structuring to deliver cross-asset solutions for MVG's client base.
  • Think strategically about the business, staying on top of market themes and trends across all macro asset classes.
  • Help generate unique content and trade ideas across macro asset classes for institutional clients.
  • Drive sales growth by creating new client relationships and assisting in client onboarding.
  • Support administrative tasks related to trade lifecycle and business development.
  • Do all aspects of your role in a manner that upholds the very highest standards of ethics and compliance.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Completion of the SIE, Series 7 & Series 63 certifications is highly valued.
  • Bachelor's degree required. Up to 5 years of experience in a global markets' role is highly valued (ideally Cross-Asset or Rates/Credit/FX/EM).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to service external clients and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Be a proactive, team player - anticipate and solve problems for the group.
  • Be driven to succeed and work effectively in a complex, time-sensitive environment.
  • Have an intrinsic drive to do your best whilst uploading the very highest standards of ethics and compliance.
