About the role: As a Senior Business Analyst in the CoE team, you will take ownership of the weekly and monthly status packages by consolidating inputs from project managers, finance teams, and technical leads. You will analyze performance trends, highlight variances against plan, and clearly communicate RAG statuses, risks, issues, dependencies, and key decisions to leadership. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and maintain lightweight dashboards that track scope, schedule, financials, risks, and outcomes, ensuring information is both comprehensive and actionable. Leveraging these insights, you will propose and drive process improvements and corrective actions supported by robust data, fostering greater effectiveness across the division.
