About the Role The Operations Analyst position supports the WP Beverages central operations function in the comprehensive analysis of existing systems, processes and procedures for purposes of continuous process improvement and cost containment. This position will assist the Business Support Manager with the formulation of ongoing operational strategies, establishing goals and track success. Primary job duties generally fall into the following categories: 1) Monitor and enhance the development of the central supply chain through business tools to ensure company is maximizing efficiency opportunities; 2) Utilize routing tools to identify opportunities in key performance indicators by reviewing and reporting on delivery and distribution imperatives such as number of stops, cases per hour and safety analytics by route; 3) Utilize and continue to develop forecasting tools to identify negative efficiency and trends for PQI, product procurement and warehousing; 4) Help lead growth of AI technologies through Palantir and Power BI; 5) other duties as assigned by the Business Support Manager to support the Company's mission of "profitable growth through the sale and distribution of refreshing beverages, innovative customer-focused marketing programs and superior customer service". This position will assist the Business Support Manager, Directors and President with the formulation of ongoing operational strategies, establishing goals and tracking success DISCLAIMER: The information listed above is not intended to be an all-inclusive job description. Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite; especially Microsoft Excel and Power BI. Use of Palantir Programs also a plus but not required. 3. Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills. 4. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects. 5. Goal oriented team player and team builder with excellent relationship building skills. 6. Effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to speak, read and write the English language. 7. Proactive and takes initiative. 8.
