General Summary Are you drawn to the leadership development industry? Are you curious about how leaders grow-and how leadership shapes organizations and communities? If so, the John R. Ryan Internship Program may be the perfect opportunity for you this summer. The John Ryan Internship was established in honor of our former President/CEO to provide college students from diverse backgrounds with meaningful, hands-on professional experience while supporting the Center for Creative Leadership's commitment to talent development, leadership, and inclusion. At the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), interns contribute directly to our mission of building better leaders and a better world. As a John R. Ryan Intern, you will be challenged and inspired while collaborating with a global team of thought leaders, practitioners, researchers, and partners. The John R. Ryan Intern will work closely with an assigned Champion and Sponsor who will identify and supervise meaningful project assignments, provide ongoing guidance and feedback, and support professional and competency development throughout the internship. This role provides hands on exposure to professional work in a mission driven organization, with opportunities to build skills in research, analysis, communication, and collaboration.
