SUMMARY: The Learning Experience and Development Coordinator provides system level coordination, oversight, and operational support for academic placements, student nurse interns, professional certification, and credentialing processes across Brown University Health. This role supports a standardized, efficient, and compliant approach to managing academic placements, student nurse interns, and nursing certification and credentialing activities across all entities.level coordination, oversight, and operational support for Working in close collaboration with Professional Practice, Nursing Education, Academic Partners, Human Resources, and sitebased leaders, the System Program Coordinator ensures alignment with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and organizational priorities while supporting workforce development, academic partnerships, and professional advancement of nursing staff. Performs other duties as assigned. EDUCATION: Associate or bachelor's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred (healthcare, education, business, or related field). EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare administration, education coordination, professional practice, or a related role. Experience supporting clinical education, credentialing, certification, or workforce development activities. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across a complex system environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and database or tracking systems. Experience in an academic medical center or multi-entity health system.entity health system.
