The Quality organization is currently seeking a skilled, solutions-oriented Lead Resident Engineer to join Stellantis's Corporate Quality Team at Warren, Michigan. The Lead Resident Engineer will report to the Resident Engineering Manager of Corporate Quality and lead will a team of 3 to 4 Engineers to provide support to all quality systems, technical expertise, and support hourly and manufacturing salary personnel at Sterling Heights Assembly Plant facility. As a lead you will need to collaborate with plant manufacturing and Engineering operations to champion quality systems, and improvements in all functional areas. As a Lead Engineer you will be required to provide support with advanced problem solving, Engineering, and knowledge to identify risks to establish risk mitigation plans to resolve production and quality system deficiencies. The selected candidate will oversee and review project deliverables throughout the project lifecycle ensuring the product meets or exceeds customers' needs and expectations. The candidate must be high-energy, hands-on individual with strength of convictions - a self-confident leader who, in part due to his/her personal presence, style and demeanor, effectively provides ideas, solutions and leadership to others.
