Job Title: LVN - Quality Improvement / Utilization Management Support Location: West Hills, CA (Onsite) Job Description: In this role, you will support Quality Improvement (QI) and Utilization Management (UM) operations by working behind the scenes with QI Nurse Specialists and Medical Directors. Responsibilities include: * Reviewing clinical documentation, claims, and referrals * Preparing case summaries and presenting findings to the Medical Director * Tracking case details and ensuring documentation accuracy * Supporting quality improvement initiatives and care coordination * Ensuring services were rendered and assisting with provider complaint resolution * Maintaining compliance with internal processes and regulatory standards * Collaborating with nurses, coordinators, and leadership Qualifications: * Active LVN license * Strong computer proficiency and data entry accuracy * Experience reviewing and analyzing claims and referrals * Ability to multitask and manage case volume * Managed care, UM/CM, or claims review experience is a plus Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Canoga Park, CA 91304.
