Job Title: Supply Planner (Entry Level)
Pay Rate: $35-45/hr
Location: Greensboro, NC
Start Date: ASAP
Job Type: Contract (12 months)
Schedule: M-F (8:00am - 5:00pm)

Summary:
This entry-level Supply Planner role focuses on supporting supplier delivery performance to ensure products are delivered in the correct quantity and timeframe. The position serves as a link between suppliers, warehouse operations, and internal stakeholders.

The role is primarily administrative in nature, with responsibility for updating and maintaining internal contracts using predetermined data sources. As skills and knowledge develop, there will be opportunities to assist with broader supply planning functions.

This position typically requires 0-2 years of relevant experience and applies theoretical knowledge gained through education. Work is closely supervised, and problems encountered are generally not complex.

Responsibilities:
* Act as a liaison between suppliers, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders.
* Monitor supplier delivery performance to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
* Perform analysis of assigned assortment and supply chain deviations.
* Update and maintain internal contracts using established systems and data sources.
* Identify and escalate supply discrepancies as needed.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives, including citizen development activities.
* Assist Supply Planning functions as knowledge and experience increase.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor"s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field preferred.
* 0-2 years of relevant experience (internship experience acceptable).
* Strong analytical and organizational skills.
* Comfortable working with data and supply chain systems.
* Ability to work in a structured, closely supervised environment.
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
