Are you ready to kick-start your career in Real Estate Lending? Justice Federal Credit Union (Justice Federal), a trusted financial partner of the justice, law enforcement and public safety community, is seeking motivated and enthusiastic students for our Summer Internship Program.

Location: Onsite in Chantilly, VA
Duration: June - August 2026
Hours per week: 20

As a summer Intern at Justice Federal, you'll gain hands-on experience and valuable insights into the operations of a credit union. Your responsibilities may include:

Key Job Functions:

  • Provides day-to-day operational support for the Real Estate Lending department.
  • Performs research and analysis, which may include quantitative and/or qualitative analysis.
  • Collaborate with various departments to review and apply document retention policies for increased efficiency and cost savings.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • No previous experience is required.
  • A current student, or recent graduate (within one year following graduation) from an accredited college or university.
  • Must be able to push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs., as needed, and requires extended periods of sitting and/or standing and to be able to use PC, copier, scanner, fax, etc.

Compensation ranges are based on market data that enables Justice Federal Credit Union to remain competitive with other credit unions of similar asset size.
