We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and coordinate new strategic initiatives aligned to our Desktop strategy within SI. In this role, you will drive complex, cross-functional and cross-site programs, ensuring strong alignment between engineering teams, product stakeholders, and platform governance bodies. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, execution, and coordination. You will join at a critical moment, as the organization is defining and deploying a new Innovation Execution Model. The ability to onboard quickly, bring structure to emerging topics, and contribute immediately is essential to the success of this role
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the planning, execution, and follow-up of programs across multiple teams and geographic locations.
* Ensure effective coordination and alignment between cross-functional stakeholders, including Engineering, Product Management, Quality, Operations, and Architecture.
* Build, maintain, and communicate a clear program roadmap, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans.
* Facilitate decision-making and ensure timely escalation and resolution of issues.
* Drive transparent communication across teams and proactively identify misalignments or execution risks.
* Prepare and present regular status updates, dashboards, and executive-level reports for leadership and steering committees.
* Ensure synchronization and close collaboration with brand-specific project managers to maintain alignment across related initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* 10+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager in complex, international, multi-stakeholder environments.
* Strong experience working with distributed, multi-site teams across different time zones and cultures.
* Demonstrated capability in cross-functional coordination involving engineering, product management, and system or platform architecture teams.
* Solid background in program governance, planning, dependency management, and risk management.
* Ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced and evolving environments, with a strong aptitude for structuring ambiguous or early-stage topics.
* Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); proficiency in French is highly desirable.

Nous recherchons un(e) Program Manager experiemente.Vous piloterez et coordonnerez de nouvelles initiatives strategiques alignees sur notre strategie Desktop au sein de SI. Responsabilites principales
* Piloter la planification, l'execution et le suivi des programmes impliquant plusieurs equipes et sites geographiques.
* Assurer une coordination efficace et un alignement entre les parties prenantes transverses : R&D, Product Management, Qualite, Operations et Architecture.
* Construire, maintenir et communiquer une feuille de route programmatique claire, incluant jalons, dependances, risques et plans de mitigation.
* Faciliter la prise de decision et assurer l'escalade et la resolution rapide des problemes.
* Favoriser une communication transparente entre equipes et identifier de maniere proactive les risques de mauvaise coordination ou d'execution.
* Preparer et presenter des mises a jour regulieres, tableaux de bord et rapports a destination de la direction et des comites de pilotage.
* Assurer la synchronisation et une collaboration etroite avec les chefs de projets dedies aux marques afin de garantir la coherence entre les initiatives connexes.
Competences et qualifications requises
* 10+ annees d'experience averee en tant que Chef(fe) de Projet ou Program Manager dans des environnements complexes, internationaux et multiacteurs.
* Forte experience du travail avec des equipes distribuees, multi-sites, operant sur differents fuseaux horaires et dans differentes cultures.
* Capacite demontree a coordonner des acteurs transverses, notamment les equipes d'ingenierie, de gestion de produit et d'architecture systeme ou plateforme.
* Solide experience en gouvernance programme, planification, gestion des dependances et gestion des risques.
* Capacite a travailler de maniere autonome dans des environnements dynamiques et en evolution, avec un fort sens de la structuration de sujets ambigus ou en phase amont.
* Excellentes competences en communication en anglais (oral et ecrit) ; la maitrise du francais est fortement souhaitee.
