Overview TRC Companies (TRC) is a national engineering and energy efficiency consulting firm that provides integrated services to the energy, environmental, and infrastructure markets across the United States. TRC serves a broad range of clients in the public and private sectors, implementing energy efficiency programs and complex projects from initial concept to delivery and operation. TRC is seeking a Project Associate to lead the management of income qualified residential single and multifamily energy solutions programs in Kentucky. This position is responsible for receiving program enrollment applications and ushering them through internal review and processes via Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tracking systems. These efforts will be executed while communicating by phone or email with utility customers to seek additional information about an application or provide assistance with program inquiries. As a part of the Operations team, there may be occasional weekend customer support on a rotating basis. The Project Associate also enters data into various tracking databases, paying close attention to detail and looking for inconsistencies and adverse trends that could negatively impact the clients' programs. The Project Associate will be responsible for communicating updates to relevant stakeholders at each phase, removing barriers as needed, and managing each project from initiation to completion. The Project Associate will also follow up on customer leads to generate new program enrollments. The ideal candidate will have the ability to make independent judgement, be a detail-oriented leader with a positive attitude and who is excellent at multi-tasking while maintaining a high degree of accuracy, efficiency, and reliability. Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors. Other Compensation:Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company's annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
