What we're looking for:

As our internal communications specialist, you'll research, write and guide the graphic design of our team member app and other internal communications vehicles, including our intranet homepage, newsletters, anywhere that we communicate internally. You'll build meeting presentations and support marketing leadership by planning and executing internal meetings, conferences, and town halls.

What you'll be doing:



  • Support departments with communications, messaging and roll out agency-wide policies and procedures, standard operating procedures, training materials, handbooks, insurance, and benefits collateral, etc.
  • Assist with the planning, execution, evaluation and communication of team member engagement surveys and other engagement initiatives
  • Serve as marketing team representative and liaison for cross-functional event planning teams
  • Manage and maintain marketing records, including marketing consent and release forms



Requirements:



  • A Bachelor's Degree in journalism, public relations, marketing, or a related field
  • 0-2years of marketing experience and/or relevant internship experience
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills are a given
  • You'll need to be able to function independently in a fast-paced work setting
  • Functional or better knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to comply with Federal vaccine mandate per contract site with or without a reasonable accommodation.
