JOB SUMMARY

The Offer Manager is responsible for end-to-end product management of assigned offers, including product strategy, lifecycle management, contribute to P&L performance, roadmap definition, customer engagement, third-party partnerships, sales enablement, and training. The role owns market success for a product area and serves as the primary business and customer advocate across engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and service.

The Offer Manager is responsible for identifying market opportunities and gathering Voice of the Customer (VOC) insights through direct engagement and structured research. They translate customer needs into clear business requirements and specifications, guiding the engineering and architecture teams in developing the envisioned product. The Offer Manager leads the business process, defines product requirements, determines specifications, pricing, and launch plans, and supports go-to-market execution. This role reports to the Senior Director, Offer Management.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS



  • Accountable for a product area performance against revenue, margin, and growth objectives
  • Define and manage product strategy and roadmaps for a product area.
  • Coordinate and position products and services across applicable brands and platforms.
  • Lead products through the stage-gate / lifecycle management process from concept through end-of-life.
  • Work closely with engineering to define requirements, priorities, and trade-offs across development stages.
  • Directly support prototype, beta, pilot programs, and product launches.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer through direct engagement, user groups, and structured VOC activities.
  • Assess market competition and industry trends to inform strategy and positioning.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing on pricing, value propositions, quotations, and sales strategies.
  • Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams and uphold scheduling standards by working closely with program management.
  • Support sales forecasting, pipeline planning, and performance reporting.
  • Participate in relevant industry standards bodies, conferences, and professional forums.
  • Prepare and present product-related papers, presentations, and thought leadership content.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance using defined metrics (e.g., adoption, revenue, customer feedback) and recommend improvements.
  • Partner with engineering teams to prioritize backlogs, define acceptance criteria, and support ontime delivery of product features and releases.
  • Continuously develop product management skills and domain knowledge through customer engagement, market analysis, and collaboration with senior offer leaders.


Travel Requirement: Up to 20-40% domestic and/or international travel depending on product line needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:



  • 2-5 years of experience in product management or prior experience in engineering, operations, applications, or customerfacing roles within a relevant industry
  • Experience working with [industry / technology] products
  • Demonstrated ownership of product lifecycle decisions
  • Proficiency with standard business and productivity tools


PREFERRED EXPERIENCE (Not Required):



  • Domain experience in [Industry / Technology Area]
  • Experience working in a global or matrixed organization
  • Exposure to regulated or standards-driven industries

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

While performing the duties of this job the employee is often required to stand, sit, use computers, read, write, type, use copy machines, file paperwork, use telephones, and utilize written and oral communication to interact with clients, co-workers, and customers. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals to perform the essential functions of this job. Must be capable of lifting 30 pounds. Must use assistance when lifting 50 or more pounds.

Actual base salary offered to the hired applicant will be determined based on their work location, level, qualifications, job related skills, as well as relevant education or training experience.
Salary Pay Range Minimum $93,850.77 - Midpoint $117,313.46
