Puget Sound Energy's (PSE) Transmission Services and Contracts team is looking for a Regulatory Compliance Consultant to support the management of its Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) Open Access Transmission Tariff (OATT) Compliance Program. This is an excellent opportunity to play an important role in ensuring that PSE meets compliance requirements that enable open access to PSE's transmission system as it develops solutions to meet its customers' future clean energy needs. The FERC OATT Regulatory Compliance Consultant provides expertise, guidance, and oversight in researching, planning, developing and implementing programs to ensure PSE complies with its OATT and related regulatory requirements. This individual advises internal departments of regulatory requirements, develops and conducts employee training on the relevant requirements, and provides input into federal and state rulemaking proceedings. Additionally, this individual monitors, tracks, and interprets federal and state regulations, orders, and rules to stay informed and ensure PSE is compliant with current and changing requirements. The FERC OATT Regulatory Compliance Consultant upholds the safety compliance standards inherent in PSE's operating and/or field procedures related to work responsibilities. Promotes and supports a culture of total safety.The individual in this role demonstrates a commitment to conduct business honestly, ethically and consistent with PSE's core values and Code of Conduct, and ensures duties are performed in accordance with all regulatory compliance obligations. The pay range for this position is$94,300.00-$156,900.00, and this position is eligible for annual goals based incentive bonuses. PSE offers a suite of benefits to our employees.
