Job Summary
The Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis is a key leader in the Solutions & Services organization. This position is responsible for financial planning and analytical support for business partners and provides C-suite and senior management information through regular business performance reporting, with a focus on our Professional and Managed Services segment. The Senior Manager provides leadership, direction and management to the Services FP&A team and owns the compilation and review of the financial plan and financial forecasts for the organization.
What you'll do

  • Thought leader for FP&A team and business segments and channels, driving ad hoc accounting and finance projects.
  • Manage members of the FP&A team; providing leadership, guidance and development opportunities to increase skill set and overall business, system and interpersonal aptitude.
  • Ensures that planning and budgeting practices and procedures are appropriate and continually advance the analytical toolkit used by the team.
  • Drive new reporting and dashboards to help business leaders manage the business.

What we expect of you

  • Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting related positions with 3+ years of progressive management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated strong knowledge of accounting and finance principles and practices with ability to apply them in a business analysis situation.
  • Track record of balancing multiple priorities simultaneously with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business, while meeting deadlines.
  • Demonstrated strong organizational skills with critical attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with strong experience in Excel, expertise in Workday Adaptive a plus.
  • Advanced analytical skills and a proven track record in problem analysis with the ability to solve problems
  • Proven team leadership skills and a demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain productive working relationships on a team and cross-functionally.
  • Track record of identifying process and system improvements, making appropriate recommendations, and leading successful implementations.
  • Proven track record in problem analysis with the ability to creatively and proactively problem solve.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Advanced analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain productive working relationships cross-functionally.
  • Successful history of building financial models.

Pay range: $ 141,000 - $199,800 depending on experience and skill set
Salary ranges may be subject to geographic differentials annual bonus target of 15% subject to terms and conditions of plan
