Could you be the full-time remote Product Introduction Support Manager we're looking for? This is a remote role, with a preference for candidates located on the U.S. (or Canadian) North East Coast.

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your industrial and technical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside a collaborative and innovative team of professionals.

You'll play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, providing technical support, and driving continuous improvement across our industrial sites. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, commissioning, warranty, production, and maintenance teams), liaise with clients and operators to understand their needs, and much more.

You'll specifically take care of supporting commissioning, warranty, and maintenance activities, but also contribute to enhancing maintenance procedures and passenger experience.

We'll look to you for:




  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance procedures and passenger experience



  • Providing technical support and guidance on commissioning, warranty, and maintenance operations for passenger rail cars and locomotives



  • Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards during field support activities



  • Collaborating with the Engineering Manager to plan and prioritize maintenance tasks



  • Diagnosing complex technical issues and proposing effective solutions



  • Liaising with clients and operators to ensure customer satisfaction



  • Preparing and presenting detailed reports on field activities and project progress



  • Training and mentoring junior staff in maintenance best practices and company standards




All about you

  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering



  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience



  • Knowledge of maintenance procedures, fleet support, and operational efficiency in rail or related industries (aviation, bus, large-scale fleet maintenance, or military maintenance)



  • Familiarity with production/assembly/site management or methods engineering



  • Proficiency in process-oriented frameworks (Kaizen/5S, task sequencing, maintenance scheduling/planning)



  • Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office suite)



  • Experience or understanding of passenger rail car maintenance and field support (preferred)



  • Strong organizational and project management skills



  • Experience managing people and coaching/mentoring teams



  • Willingness to travel (up to 65% of the time)



  • Bilingual skills are a plus (French or Spanish); English is mandatory



  • Lockout/tagout and general safety certifications/knowledge is a plus
