Executive Client Partner, Financial Services

The Executive Client Partner is a senior consulting leader responsible for driving strategic growth, owning executive client relationships, and delivering measurable outcomes for established Financial Services clients. This role is centered on executive partnership-working closely with C-suite leaders to address complex business challenges, guide transformation initiatives, and create long-term client value.

• 15+ years of experience in consulting or Financial Services leadership roles.

• Proven success managing large, complex client relationships and transformation programs.

• Strong understanding of Financial Services domains, including banking, capital markets, insurance, or payments.

• Demonstrated experience driving revenue growth and expanding client relationships over time.

• Comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting client priorities.

• Track record of building durable, trust-based executive relationships.

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

• Experience leading large-scale digital or business transformation initiatives.

• Deep expertise within Financial Services or closely related industries.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., Agile, SAFe, or similar).

• A strong network of senior executive and industry relationships.

Level: Vice President

Base salary: 260,000 - 300,000 base salary + bonus
