Pay Rate: $17.20 - $17.75 per hour + monthly bonus opportunities

Shift:

Training Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM + Friday: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

Post-Training Flexible Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM-9:00 PM + Friday: 8:00 AM-7:00 PM

Choose an 8-hour shift within these timeframes

One evening shift (until 9 PM) is required weekly

Here's What You'll Need:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of collections experience
• Strong communication, reading, and typing skills
• Familiarity with office software and computer systems
• Excellent attention to detail and organization
• Ability to follow structured procedures independently
• Must be within commuting distance of Geneseo, NY (in-office requirement)

Responsibilities:

• Reach out to individuals with delinquent accounts to discuss repayment options
• Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and accuracy
• Conduct skip-tracing to secure updated contact or employment information
• Negotiate payment arrangements or escalate complex cases appropriately
• Document all communication thoroughly and follow scripts precisely
• Verify data for special account circumstances, including bankruptcy or disability
• Maintain compliance with federal/state regulations and internal policies
• Perform additional tasks as assigned
