Position Responsibilities

The Senior Costpoint Materials Support Analyst provides expert front-line and escalated support for Deltek's products to new and existing customers, partners, and internal clients worldwide. Leveraging deep product knowledge and exceptional customer service skills, this role resolves a wide range of inquiries via phone, chat, and email. The analyst thrives in a dynamic environment, demonstrates strong analytical and technical abilities, and contributes to the ongoing development of Deltek's support excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and resolve support requests from customers, partners, and internal clients across multiple channels (phone, chat, email).
  • Provide expert guidance and troubleshooting for Deltek's products, with a focus on the projects module and expanding into secondary product areas.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by applying strong listening, problem analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Research and resolve complex issues, escalating as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of support interactions and solutions provided.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Adapt quickly to new technologies, processes, and shifting priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Demonstrate developing leadership skills by mentoring peers and contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Proven experience in problem analysis, troubleshooting, and technical thinking.
  • Functional expertise in accounting and projects module support for complex issues.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task under pressure.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • US Citizenship is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting Deltek products or similar enterprise software solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly.
  • Developing leadership skills and experience mentoring others.
  • Strong judgment and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Growing knowledge in secondary product areas beyond primary responsibility.

Compensation Info

The U.S. salary range for this position is $59,000.00-$104,250.00. This range is subject to change as Deltek takes a number of factors into consideration when determining individual base pay, such as location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including incentive compensation and equity.
