Functional Requirements Analyst III The Functional Requirements Analyst III supports the Personal Property Activity/Agency (PPA) as a senior subject matter expert in Department of War (DoW) personal property policy and operations. This role ensures operational requirements for the management and movement of personal property are accurately captured, refined, and translated into disciplined, actionable functional requirements for the IT System. This position provides stewardship over requirements spanning the full lifecycle of personal property processes, including acquisition, shipment, storage, and disposition, enabling alignment across stakeholders and ensuring predictable delivery within an Agile framework. What Success Looks Like Success in this role is demonstrated by clearly defined, traceable requirements that reflect validated operational needs; well-facilitated stakeholder forums that drive timely decisions; and functional designs that enable development teams to deliver compliant, mission-aligned capabilities.
