What To Expect

As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our Siloam Springs, AR plant, you will be a Buyer.


Our Buyer will schedule supplies and materials orders according to production schedule, and coordinates the delivery of parts/materials, resale items, services and equipment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (TO NAME A FEW)

  • Manages inventory levels for assigned products and materials in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Expedites orders as needed to meet demand.
  • Assists in supplier selection and serves as the primary point of contact.
  • Negotiates contracts with suppliers and resolves issues related to pricing, quality, or delivery.
  • Works together with accounting and receiving teams to ensure accurate invoices, and receipt of goods.

ABOUT YOU

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of supply chain equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Oracle systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control principles.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
