What To Expect As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our Siloam Springs, AR plant, you will be a Buyer. Our Buyer will schedule supplies and materials orders according to production schedule, and coordinates the delivery of parts/materials, resale items, services and equipment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (TO NAME A FEW) Manages inventory levels for assigned products and materials in alignment with organizational goals. Expedites orders as needed to meet demand. Assists in supplier selection and serves as the primary point of contact. Negotiates contracts with suppliers and resolves issues related to pricing, quality, or delivery. Works together with accounting and receiving teams to ensure accurate invoices, and receipt of goods. ABOUT YOU High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of three years of supply chain equivalent experience. Experience with Oracle systems. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.). Strong knowledge of inventory control principles. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
