Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for an Oracle Applications Systems Analyst to join our support team for our Oracle Cloud environment! This role will be critical for support, troubleshooting, and validation of our integration environment.This role will be responsible for support of Oracle and non-Oracle system integrations.The ideal candidate has experience with both Microsoft SQL Server as well as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Your Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a member of the technical support team supporting Oracle and ancillary systems
  • Identify and resolve technical problems related to integrations between Oracle and other systems
  • Respond to inquiries, provide guidance, and assist users in resolving their issues
  • Document issues, track progress, and escalate complex problems to higher levels of support
  • Contribute to and maintain a knowledge base of troubleshooting steps
  • Perform technical testing and coordinate with BAs and Workstream SMEs on functional testing
  • Manage conflicting priorities, including post-production support

You Must Have:

  • 3+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud in a technical support role
  • Ability to identify and resolve technical problems efficiently and effectively
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud
  • Ability to understand and analyze raw data
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Willingness to learn new skills and systems
  • Ability to follow pre-defined procedures for testing and troubleshooting
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products

We Would Also Prefer:

  • Knowledge of related Oracle Fusion modules like Product Information Management, Inventory, Pricing, Costing, Procurement, and Order Management
  • Knowledge of Oracle Transportation Management and Configure Price Quote
  • Ability to write SQL queries to troubleshoot issues
  • Knowledge of Oracle ATP database
  • Knowledge of Jira and managing support tickets
  • Experience with XML and JSON documents

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package for employee.
