Position Summary and Responsibilities:

The High End Sales Representative is responsible for establishing relationships with both current and new customers resulting in an increase in sales volume of products offered by BEK. The primary duty of this position is On Premise sales.



  • Build healthy business relationships and establish good communication with our retail customers
  • Work collaboratively with customers to establish their needs and design solutions that fulfill them
  • Leverage relationships with accounts to sell in new brands
  • Engage in regular call frequency on assigned retail accounts
  • Complete all assigned account surveys based on required frequency
  • Execute all company goals to enhance the sales, distribution, tap share and POS of all brands
  • Maintain product freshness standards in assigned retail accounts by monitoring and rotating stock regularly
  • Promote awareness of all Ben E. Keith product offerings and the individual value they provide
  • Regularly monitor inventory to ensure proper stock levels and rotation
  • Assist with Special Event activity when assigned
  • Project a friendly, professional image at all times
  • Prioritize multiple, competing priorities
  • Attend meetings as required
  • Maintain and keep clean assigned company vehicle at all times
  • Perform other duties as assigned



Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:



  • Must be 21 yrs. or older to apply
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) preferred
  • Basic computer skills preferred
  • Ability to learn and use relevant internal computer applications
  • Good oral and written communication skills and participate well in a team environment
  • Must be highly motivated and results oriented, with a strong attention to detail
  • Must be organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Strong understanding of On Premise beverage industry landscape
  • Must be able to read and write English
  • Must have a valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
  • Bachelor's degree or its equivalent preferred
  • Ideal candidate has 2+ years' experience in Beer/Wine/Spirits Sales and/or Marketing
  • Flexible work schedule to include evening and weekend calls



Physical Requirements:



  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.


  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs and move products weighing up to 165 lbs.
