Super Micro Computer, Inc. is currently seeking a Business Intelligence to support our fast growing organization located in San Jose, CA. The Business Intelligence Analyst reports to the Business Intelligence Direct and is responsible for day to day business activities in accordance with Super Micro's established policies and procedures. The ideal candidate must have solid interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal departments. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned): * Analyzes complex business Supply Chain/ Planning problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (BS required) * 3+ years of hands-on experience in data and analytics projects * 3+ years of experience working directly with business users to develop metrics and KPI definitions, and to resolve data quality issues using SAP and/or other ERP systems * Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis, querying, and validation * Hands-on experience with Power BI, including report/dashboard development, data modeling, and DAX * Proficient computer user with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft Word * 3+ years of experience in the high-tech manufacturing industry strongly preferred * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work effectively in a team-based, cross-functional environment Salary Range
$135,000 - $150,000 The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs. EEO Statement
