The Sr. Commercial Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive company growth, with a strong focus on reducing disconnects and increasing revenue within the T-Fiber customer base. This role leads the development of strategies and business cases for product innovations and optimizations, taking into account market dynamics and consumer behavior. The position requires competency in pricing strategy, marketing strategy, driven insights, business management, financial acuity, relationship building and influencing, go-to-market planning, and cross-functional leadership. The Sr. Commercial Marketing Manager will collaborate with multiple internal and external partners, including Finance, Market Intelligence, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Program Management, and Operations, to define and implement the strategic vision, own the discovery phase for new opportunities, and present recommendations to senior leadership. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic, analytical, and financially minded professional to identify new solutions and implement impactful initiatives within a large, well-supported environment. The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
