We areseekinga skilled and experienced compactor operator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate compactor and other heavy equipment to move and grade materials.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensureoptimalperformance.
  • Follow project plans and specifications to achieve desired results.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure project timelines and goals are met.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations tomaintaina safe work environment.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor.
  • Maintainaccuraterecords of work performed and materials used.

Qualifications:

  • Valid heavy equipment operator's license.
  • Proven experience operating compactor and other heavy machinery.
  • Strong understanding of construction and excavation processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Commitment to safety and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry heavy materials.
  • Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and operating machinery.
  • Exposure to outdoor weather conditions and construction site hazards.
