Responsibilities The Marketing Creative Director oversees ECS's Digital, Design and Communications teams aligning strategies with enterprise objectives
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight of ECS's Digital & Design Team and Communications Team, including video production.
- Guide development and maintenance of ECS's visual identity, brand standards, and creative frameworks.
- Oversee internal and external communications strategies to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with enterprise objectives.
- Lead development of creative solutions and multimedia content that support marketing, recruiting, and business development initiatives.
- Oversee digital engagement strategies, including UX/UI, visual communication, and content optimization.
- Collect and evaluate metrics and performance insights to improve creative effectiveness and communications impact.
- Cultivate collaboration strategies and career growth opportunities for creative and communications teams.
- Engage with leadership teams throughout the company for alignment, partnership, and support of business priorities.
- Partner with Marketing leadership and Strategic Pursuits for overall marketing cohesiveness and best practices.
- Act as a member of the executive marketing leadership team with responsibility for supporting company goals and objectives.
- Engage vendors and external partners to maintain brand integrity and creative standards.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of marketing-related experience (preferably within the design or A/E/C industry)
- BS in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or similar required.
- If driving for, or on behalf of, any ECS subsidiary, a valid driver's license is required.
- 15+ years in a marketing leadership position, consisting of management and development of people and budget accountability.
- A track record of performance, managing complexity, and working effectively with leaders at all levels of organizations.
- Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a proven ability to develop and execute plans.
- Demonstrated insight into emerging marketing, communications, and creative trends.
- Advanced knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
