Job Description

Visa isseekingan experienced,technically sound,& commercially orientedDirector to leadproduct vision,solution design,and go-to-market strategy fora new flagship platformin support of our Affluent & Card benefits business. This platform will sit at the intersection of user experience, content, and feature enablement with a primary focus onhigh-valuebenefitcategories,includingAirlines & Travel, Streaming & Digital Entertainment, Live Entertainment & Experiences, and emerging AI-driven services.

This is a highly visible, partner-facing leadership role responsible for creating differentiated, scalabletechnical user experiencesthatdriveissuer adoption of Visa Infinite affluent programs worldwide. You will act as the strategic bridge between Visa'sglobalproduct,regional product,engineering, account management, and sourcingteams and the world's leading airlines, streaming platforms, entertainment conglomerates, and next-generation AI companies.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-endsolutiondesign and commercialization of cardbenefitsolutions inmarqueecategories (Airlines, Streaming, Entertainment, AI services).
  • Interact directly with senior executives at marquee partners to ensure seamless & secure partner integration into Visa-owned capabilities
  • People manage a direct team of 2-3 product managers and influence key stakeholders across a highly matrixed organization
  • Translate partner assets (status, credits, content, data, IP) into compelling,user ready cardbenefitproductsthat deliver measurable ROI for issuers and cardholders
  • Develop global benefit frameworks and toolkits that can be localized by regional teams while preserving consistency, performance, andscale

This is a hybrid position.Expectationofdays intheoffice will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications:

12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD

8 to 12 plus years in technical product management across banking, payments, loyalty, or premium card products

Experience building and running enterprise grade 'platform-as-a-product' assets

Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-year partnerships

Exceptional executive presence and communication skills - comfortable presenting to partner C-suites

Deep knowledge of the premium/affluent card competitive landscape

Experience working in highly matrixed, global organizations and influencing without direct authority.

Willingness to travel globally approximately 5-15 percent

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 192,300.00 to 307,600.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
