• 3 years of experience
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with IPC 610 and 620 inspection criteria
• Positive attitude and a proactive approach to work
• Good teamwork and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned assembly tasks with precision and adherence to IPC standards
• Use hand tools and basic equipment to solder, wire, and connect components
• Review and interpret bills of materials, drawings, and written work instructions to complete tasks accurately
• Follow prescribed assembly sequences and procedures
• Follow work orders and production schedules
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment
• Report quality data to the quality department for analysis
• Actively contribute to a positive and proactive work atmosphere
• Assist supervisors as required
