The Service Tooling Engineering teamis responsible forthedesign to productionof custom service toolinghardwareand technical content websitestoassistin the rapid development and maintenance of Telsa's Energy storage and charging solutions. This skilled and motivated individual will keep pushing this evolving energy industry forward byimmersive 3D interfaces,buildcustom asset tracker dashboards,andsustaintheownership of custom desktop applications that drive service efficiency.

What You'll Do
  • Develop,optimize, andmaintainadvanced 3D web applications, with a strong emphasis on PLM integration and viewer enhancements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of 3D applications into our core platform

  • Contribute to the optimization pipeline, data configuration, and enhancements formultipleenduser platforms

  • You will develop software, automation,and firmware features that directly enhance service efficiency, from intuitive dropdown menus in existing end-user tools to automated quality control (QC) solutions for hardware suites

  • Automate software development pipeline and alerts/logs for health monitoring of production systems


What You'll Bring
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in 3D web application development
  • Programming Languages: Python, Go,Javascript/Typescript, React,Node.jswith3+ years of experience in software development

  • Database management: MYSQL,Clickhousewith knowledge on query optimization and schema design, GLTF/GLB formats, SVG data manipulation

  • Experience working with Rest APIs & APIs for data ingestion

  • DevOps / CI/CD: Docker, Kubernetes,GithubActions, Jenkins, Ansible, Node.js, Thress.js,WebGi

    Expected Compensation
    $100,000 - $216,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

    Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
