We are seeking a motivated and analytical intern with an interest in Education, Teaching, Curriculum Design, or Organizational Learning to support a focused summer project within our Sales Onboarding initiative from May 26-July 31, 2026.
This is not a traditional HR internship. Instead, this role provides hands-on experience applying instructional thinking to adult learning and professional development within a corporate environment.

The primary objective of this internship is to support the review and organization of our Sales Onboarding program and assist in developing a structured skills matrix and competency-based scoring framework. This framework will enable Sales Leaders to consistently evaluate Territory Sales Managers (TSMs) following onboarding and ensure clear performance expectations are defined and measurable.

This internship is project-based with defined deliverables and a formal presentation at the conclusion of the program.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze current Sales Onboarding materials, tools, and learning components

  • Organize onboarding content into clearly defined knowledge and skill categories

  • Identify core competencies required for successful Territory Sales Manager performance

  • Assist in developing a structured skills matrix outlining post-onboarding expectations

  • Support the creation of scoring criteria and evaluation levels (e.g., foundational, developing, proficient)

  • Collaborate with Learning & Development and Sales Leadership stakeholders

  • Present project findings and recommendations at the conclusion of the internship

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills

  • Ability to synthesize information and identify patterns

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Interest in applying educational theory to adult learning and performance development
