Job Description:

  • Bilingual (preferred).
  • Ability to work in a 24/7/365 contact center environment.
  • Strong customer service background.
  • Proven leadership experience within a contact center setting.
  • Comfortable managing multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).
  • Strong grammar and written communication skills.
  • Dependable and consistent.
  • Adaptable to changing needs in a fast-paced operation.
  • Service-oriented with a genuine desire to help others.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Organized, efficient, and able to prioritize effectively.
  • Most importantly, the hiring manager is seeking demonstrated leadership experience specifically within a contact center environment, along with a strong service mindset.
