The Opportunity

We are seeking a Strategist, ACS Strategic Pursuits who will partner with Adobe's Strategic Pursuits team and ACS Sales Account Executives to develop the strategy for and the positioning of services portfolio across our strategic accounts. This role will report to the Director, Strategic Pursuits and partner closely across the sales ecosystem ensuring the strategic vision created by DSG and the Strategic Pursuits team is properly mapped into the ACS portfolio to accelerate customer value from Adobe solutions. You will partner daily with Adobe's Strategic Pursuits team to understand opportunities in flight, each customer's needs/goals, identify the value levers, and to properly align ACS solutions into the planned roadmap.

What You'll Do

  • Develop roadmaps, program plans and value phasing approaches for each assigned strategic pursuit

  • Partner with the Strategic Pursuits team, ACS Sales Executives, the Digital Strategy Group, and solution sellers/specialists to showcase the value of ACS services to the customer

  • Coordinate early introduction of key ACS resources into engagements when necessary

  • Represent customer staffing needs with ACS leadership to support planning, ramp up, and hiring needs

  • Develop multi-year plans for scaling technology, operating models & change management, adoption and enablement programs and recommendations to drive maturity and value realisation

  • Create prescriptive delivery POVs, recommendations and roadmaps based on your solution & industry expertise

  • Ensure customer and partner readiness for implementation, sharing of guidelines and activities for fast technology launch

  • Own the ACS pipeline for assigned pursuits with regular updates and driving leadership awareness

  • Build long-term, trusted relationships both internally and externally

  • Be an agent of change! Foster innovation both in customer approach and through development of innovative delivery models that push ACS delivery evolution

What You Need to Succeed

  • Demonstrated history of quota attainment and pre-sales success

  • Demonstrate horizontal leadership, partnering with license leaders from Adobe and other functional areas to champion the benefit of Professional Services

  • Be seen as a leader with insight into the capabilities and benefit of expert consulting. You balance critical thinking and tactical execution effectively.

  • Demonstrate an ability to successfully drive and embed change/transformation and diversity of thought

  • Have experience of working on large-scale, transformative sales deals

  • Deep experience working with and becoming a trusted advisor across the C-Suite, both internally and externally

  • Highly collaborative and versant in successfully navigating global, matrixed environment

  • Demonstrated strong growth mindset and excitement to uniquely solve difficult customer challenges!

  • Proven track record to build trust and be highly credible across all levels of organizations

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $197,800 -- $344,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In New York, the pay range for this position is $237,700 - $344,200

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
