ABOUT THE ROLE
Healthcare Recruiter
We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Healthcare Recruiter to help connect top Allied and PRN talent with meaningful career opportunities across the country. In this role, you'll be instrumental in identifying high-quality candidates, building long-term relationships, and partnering with our clients to ensure their workforce needs are met.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

Healthcare Recruiting & Talent Fulfillment
* Source, screen, and qualify healthcare professionals aligned to client job requirements and business needs

* Partner closely with Account Managers to understand hiring priorities, timelines, and fulfillment strategies

* Deliver high-quality candidate submissions that align with clinical skills, certifications, and client expectations

Pipeline & Market Development
* Build proactive pipelines for recurring and high-demand healthcare roles

* Leverage resume databases, referrals, job boards, digital networking, and direct outreach strategies

* Stay informed on healthcare market trends, pay rates, licensure requirements, and talent availability

Candidate Screening & Management
* Conduct structured phone and video interviews to assess clinical skills, experience, availability, and compensation alignment

* Engage candidates to understand career goals, preferences, and geographic flexibility

* Negotiate compensation and employment terms to secure commitment and ensure satisfaction

* Guide candidates through the hiring process from initial contact through offer acceptance

Relationship Building
* Develop trusted relationships with new and existing healthcare professionals to create a reliable talent pipeline

* Maintain consistent communication and follow-up to deliver a strong candidate experience

* Represent the Equiliem brand with professionalism, integrity, and urgency

Operational Excellence
* Maintain accurate and timely candidate activity documentation within ATS (JobDiva)

* Track submissions, interviews, and placements to support performance goals

* Participate in career fairs, networking events, and recruitment marketing initiatives to expand talent reach

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

* 2+ years of healthcare recruiting experience in an agency or staffing firm setting

* Strong background in high-volume recruiting, preferably for P RN and Allied Health professionals

* Familiarity with MSP/VMS environments and/or direct hire recruiting models

* Experience working with hospitals, healthcare systems, or clinical facilities

* Skilled in using applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms (JobDiva experience a plus)

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated by results

* Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience

COMPENSATION, BENEFITS & WORK DETAILS

Salary : $55,000 - $65,000 base

Role Classification: Exempt

Incentives: Recruiting Commission Plan

Benefits Package Includes: Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, Life Insurance, 4 weeks PTO, 401K, and 7 paid holidays

Work Location: The role is remote for someone residing in one of the following states: AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, KS, LA, MD, MI, MO, MS, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI
