We are seeking a Software Engineering II in the build team who will play a key role in enhancing developer productivity and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include accelerating large-scale builds for Microsoft's largest codebases by working on file monitoring, caching, distributed systems, scheduling algorithms, and resource optimization. Our team's products run on Linux, macOS, and Windows. Your tasks will span from low level eBPF programs to leveraging AI to perform analysis of large-scale data analysis of our engineering systems to steer future investments. #CoreAI #1ES Software Engineering IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $131,400 - $215,400 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
