Role Summary TheEOP Manageris responsible forendtoendexecution, operational readiness, and planning oversightfor leased and build data center projects throughReady for Service (RFS)& Ready for Network Install (RNI). This roleleadsexecution planning, milestone delivery, financial governance, vendor coordination, andcrossfunctionalalignment across multiple projectsand stakeholders. The EOP Manager produces and manages integrated project plans andprovides oversight ofexecution ofmajor delivery milestones includingEarly Access, Ready Network Install, Corpnet Live, Security CX Complete,FitOutComplete, Lockdown, and Colo Ready. The role also holds responsibility forfinancial approval, budget oversight,staffing,and project controls. The EOP Manager delivershighlevelexecution, operational, and planning oversight from preconstruction through the full lifecycle of data center construction and delivery.The role requires extensive experience inmissioncriticalenvironments, strong technical and construction acumen, and the ability to solve complex challenges through collaboration with key stakeholders andsubjectmatterexperts. This position requires strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; the ability toselfdirect; and a strong background in data center construction, integration, operational planning,financial management, and risk mitigation. Qualifications Required/minimum qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field AND 10+ years related experience OR equivalent experience. Abilityto meet Microsoft,customerand/or government security screening requirements arerequiredfor this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will berequiredto pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter. #COICareersand #EPCCareers Construction Project Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year.
