Job Description:

The Sales Administration Analyst for our CCA (Caribbean Central America) Organization plans and implements projects that support the sales organization.

Assists Sales Organization in providing technical and administrative product information.

Works with market research team to ensure market analysis data is used for quoting customer prices.

Prepares the distribution of accounts to the Sales Representatives and updates the automated tracking system, such as CRM.

Coordinates with Sales Representatives to provide sales documentation and satisfy customer requirements.

What You'll Do:
  • Coordinate supply chain between TD SYNNEX, a national consumer electronics distributor, and its customers, which consists of both traditional, online retailers, Account Managers and Sales Reps.

  • Responsible for the post sales processing of orders, including order entry, inventory, tracking, and customer service.

  • Works daily with Sales Rep on item set-ups, item cross references, product allocations and pricing.

  • Manage Customer Order Management Portals.

  • Work with Product Managers to secure inventory, fill backorders, request merchandise transfers (MT's) and manage EOL sku's consumption.

  • Works with VCM's to manage SPA/ SCM, including requests for funding changes, date changes and quantity budget changes.

  • Works daily with warehouses to coordinate shipments, specifically customers and 3rd party carrier pickups.

  • Performs other additional duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:
  • High School Diploma required.

  • 1+ years of work experience in an administration role.

  • Proficient in English (level B2 or higher) required.

  • Microsoft Office knowledge.

  • Works on small to mid-size accounts of moderate complexity.

  • Works with some supervision.

  • Perform and perfects sales and service tasks and procedures under self-direction.

  • Build relationships directly with customers to broaden the customer base and increase sales.

  • Business communication skills, including but not limited to verbal and written communication

  • Organized, detailed oriented and able to multi-task

Other Education/Certifications:

  • 1+ years' commercial/sales experience desired.

  • College degree in BA preferred.

  • Certifications CRM, Salesforce desired.

Working Conditions:
  • Professional environment (Remote).

  • Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.

  • Represents the company to the customer and the customer to the company in all sales-oriented activities.
