About the Role We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our growing team in Waukesha. In this role, you will provide fullcycle recruiting support with a strong focus on highvolume hourly manufacturing roles. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding organization following a recent acquisition-growing from 10,000 to 85,000 employees-which brings significant stability and longterm career potential. You'll work closely with our HR team, business partners, and hiring managers to support talent needs while delivering an excellent candidate and employee experience. Onsite \| Monday-Friday Key Responsibilities * Manage fullcycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing positions: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and coordinating plant tours. * Source candidates and share qualified resumes with business partners. * Create and maintain job descriptions and job postings across internal and external platforms. * Maintain accurate recruitment metrics, reporting, and documentation. * Act as a primary point of contact for candidate communications and onboarding. * Conduct new hire orientations for hourly employees. * Evaluate experience, skills, and education to support hiring decisions. * Maintain recruiting trackers and documentation. * Attend career fairs and partner with local schools and community organizations. * Support HR projects, employee relations, and labor relations efforts. * Assist in developing and improving HR processes, procedures, and workflows. * Conduct termination processes including exit interviews and reporting. * Prepare regular and ad hoc HR reporting (headcount, turnover, attendance, etc.). Qualifications * Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field. * 2+ years of recruiting experience for industrial or manufacturing roles. * Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with shifting priorities. * Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information. * Ability to travel up to 5%. * Highvolume recruiting experience - required * Recruiting experience within manufacturing/industrial environments - highly preferred * Internal corporate recruiting experience preferred (agency recruiters considered) * Experience with ATS systems and strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Ability to build strong relationships and communicate across all levels. Work Environment * Onsite in Waukesha, WI - 5 days per week * Fastpaced, highgrowth environment * Collaborative, values-driven HR team Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Waukesha, WI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
