Job Description Summary #LI-OnsiteLocation: Durham, NC ***The Site Utility Lead is an Associate Director level role*** If you're energized by owning the systems that keep a manufacturing campus safe, reliable, and ready for what's next-this is your opportunity to lead from the front. As the Site Utility Lead, you will lead a sitebased team of utility and electrical engineers and technicians supporting continuous operations across a twosite manufacturing campus, with accountability for the reliable operation, integration, improvement, and lifecycle planning of critical building and utility infrastructure. You will partner across engineering, quality, validation, and operations to enable daytoday performance and future growth through capital project support, disciplined change control, corrective and preventive actions, inspection readiness, and clear key performance indicatordriven improvements-while helping advance site decarbonization initiatives aligned with Novartis sustainability goals. Novartis Compensation and Benefit Summary: The salary for this position is expected to range between $138,600 and $257,400 per year. The final salary offered is determined based on factors like, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience, and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. Novartis may change the published salary range based on company and market factors. Your compensation will include a performance-based cash incentive and, depending on the level of the role, eligibility to be considered for annual equity awards.
