Description
The HRIS Analyst maintains, optimizes, and governs human resources information within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This role designs and supports HR data architecture, integrations, reporting frameworks, analytics, and emerging AI-enabled solutions to meet organizational data management, compliance, and strategic workforce planning needs. The HRIS Analyst ensures the accuracy, integrity, security, and strategic use of HR data across systems. HRIS & Data Management * Design, maintain, and support HRIS functionality aligned with organizational data governance standards. * Ensure accuracy, integrity, consistency, and security of employee and organizational data. * Develop and maintain data validation rules, audit procedures, and quality control measures. * Perform routine and complex data audits to maintain compliance and reliability. * Manage data lifecycle processes, including updates, corrections, archival, and retention. Data Integrations & Systems * Support and maintain HRIS integrations with payroll, benefits, timekeeping, talent management, finance, and other enterprise systems. * Assist in design, testing, and troubleshooting of system interfaces, APIs, and file feeds. * Collaborate with IT and vendors on system upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations. * Participate in system implementations, conversions, and data migrations. * Monitor integration performance and resolve cross-system discrepancies. Reporting & Analytics * Develop and maintain standard and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics. * Provide KPIs, metrics, and statistical analysis to support leadership decision-making. * Build automated reporting solutions to increase efficiency and reduce manual processes. * Support workforce planning through trend analysis, forecasting, and modeling. * Translate complex data findings into actionable business insights. AI & Advanced Analytics * Support implementation and optimization of AI-driven HR tools and predictive analytics. * Assist in evaluating AI-enabled reporting and automation solutions. * Ensure ethical, compliant, and secure use of data in AI models. * Monitor emerging technologies to enhance HR digital transformation initiatives. User Support & Documentation * Provide technical troubleshooting and HRIS support. * Develop and maintain job aids, documentation, and training materials. * Deliver training to HR staff and business partners. Project & Leadership Responsibilities * Lead or support HRIS projects, upgrades, and process improvement initiatives. * Recommend enhancements to improve data integrity and system performance. --- Education and Experience * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or related field required. * Level I: 0-2 years of relevant experience; works under direct supervision; handles basic issues and escalates complex matters. * Level II: 2-4 years of relevant experience; works under general supervision; handles moderately complex issues independently and may mentor others. * Experience with HRIS platforms, reporting tools, data visualization software, and integration concepts preferred. * Exposure to analytics, automation, or AI-enabled HR tools is a plus. - UKG Experience preferred Equal Opportunity Employer
