Material Runner - Contingent Upon Contract Award Company Overview Performance Drone Works (PDW) builds technologies for the warfighter, by the warfighter. Now, we're entering a new phase of growth and are looking for a Materials Runner to ensure efficient material flow across our operations, directly supporting uninterrupted production and mission-critical execution. Requirements
Physical Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, climb, and move about regularly throughout the day. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Manual dexterity is required to operate carts, pallet jacks, and standard warehouse/production equipment. Must be physically capable of driving company vehicles safely, loading/unloading materials, and working in both indoor and outdoor environments. Work Environment This position operates in a combination of warehouse, production floor, and driving environments. Work may involve exposure to forklifts, pallet jacks, loading docks, and variable weather conditions when transporting materials. Occasional travel between PDW facilities, vendor sites, and customer locations is required. This role may require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) depending on the environment. Standard work hours for this position are 7:00AM to 3:30PM, with occasional overtime as operational needs demand. ITAR Requirement In compliance with International Traffic Arms Regulations (ITAR), candidates must be U.S. Citizens, U.S. Permanent Residents (Green Card holders) or individuals granted asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).
