As a Security Officer Armed Perimeter-Patrol Clearance Required in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a high-profile aero and defense location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas, and maintain a visible presence that helps to discourage security-related incidents. You will respond to alarms and requests for assistance, document activity, and communicate clearly with staff and visitors while delivering a strong customer service experience. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access control policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aero and defense location.
• Carry and maintain assigned firearm and related equipment in accordance with state licensing requirements, post orders, and Allied Universal policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with site contacts and public emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, production areas, parking areas, and the perimeter, adjusting patrol patterns based on observed activity and reported concerns.
• Complete timely written reports and logs of patrol activity, visitor and/or vehicle entries, incidents, and unusual conditions, and communicate relevant updates during shift turnover.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 2+ years of security-related experience.
• Have 3+ years of combined law enforcement and/or military and/or security-related experience OR a college degree.
• Maintain an active DoD Secret clearance.
• Be at least 21+ years of age.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification Texas Only.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
