Shift:

2nd Shift | 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM

3rd Shift | Sunday - Friday | 9:30 PM - 6 AM

On the Job

• Read and interpret job specifications, blueprints, and technical drawings to determine machine settings and material requirements.
• Set up CNC equipment, adjust stops and guides, and position workpieces to meet dimensional tolerances.
• Operate machinery using controls, pedals, and programmed settings; perform minor program edits and properly save changes.
• Inspect parts for defects and measure dimensions using precision tools to ensure quality control compliance.
• Perform secondary operations including deburring, rivet installation, and spot welding.
• Complete routine preventive maintenance such as oiling machines and maintaining dies and tooling.
• Load and unload materials, stack, label, pack, and transport finished components.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with manufacturing best practices.

What Gets You in the Door

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing, CNC machining, or industrial assembly experience.
• Ability to use hand tools, measuring devices, and powered equipment.
• Strong math skills including basic algebra and geometry.
• Team-oriented with solid communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
