Pharmacy Technician Advocate - Retail - Contingent - St. Clair Shores

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Location: St. Clair Shores

Schedule: Contingent - Possible hours - Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Provides distributive pharmacy services and technical support for the Pharmacist prior to receiving certification.

PRINCPLE DUTIES & RESPONSBILITIES:

• Refills and maintains automated dispensing systems.
• Prepares orders and maintains inventory for the Pharmacy department
• Prepares sterile and non-sterile compounds.
• Repackages bulk medications.
• Receives and stores incoming supplies.
• Triages incoming calls and serves as a liaison between pharmacy, patient and health professionals by providing information.
