What You'll Actually Do

You'll talk with customers, support inside sales, and make sure orders don't stall out. You'll work closely with sales, finance, and logistics teams to keep details straight, timelines tight, and customers informed.

This Role Is a Good Fit If You

• 2+ years in inside sales, customer service, or sales support-
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in quoting, CRM/ERP systems, and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Customer-focused mindset and capable of multitasking.
• Basic technical knowledge to understand product offerings and provide effective solutions.
• Familiarity with ISO standards (e.g., 9001, 13485) is a plus.
• Experience in manufacturing, automation, and environments preferred.
• Self-starting attitude, adaptability, and strong time-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely quotes and proposals, including product specifications, pricing, and delivery terms.
• Follow up on quotes to guide customers through the purchase cycle and close deals.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers-understanding needs, resolving inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain regular inbound and outbound communication via phone and email to nurture and expand relationships.
• Identify and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with departments such as product support, marketing, and engineering to address customer challenges.
• Assist outside sales or technical teams by passing off qualified leads or urgent customer needs.
• Keep CRM and ERP systems updated with all customer interactions, quotes, and orders.
• Report on sales metrics, pipeline status, and competitive insights.
• Act as a champion for customers, ensuring expectations are met and feedback is incorporated.
