Here's what it takes to make yours count.

• High School Diploma required; Associate's degree in Manufacturing or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of supervisory or lead experience in metal fabrication or building product manufacturing.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and manufacturing best practices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support production teams to achieve daily output goals, maintain efficiency, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee fabrication and assembly of hollow metal doors, frames, and related building products in compliance with industry standards.
• Enforce workplace safety policies and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe manufacturing environment.
• Monitor production schedules, workflow, and equipment utilization to eliminate bottlenecks and improve productivity.
• Train, coach, and mentor employees on manufacturing processes, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Conduct routine inspections of machinery, tools, and production equipment to ensure operational readiness.
• Ensure compliance with SDI, DHI, NAAMM-HMMA, and CSI standards while maintaining required certifications.
• Partner with quality control teams to resolve defects, improve processes, and maintain product integrity.
• Prepare production reports and maintain documentation related to performance metrics and compliance.
