Shift: 11:30 am - 8 pm | Training hours 9 am - 5 pm

We're Looking for Someone Who:

• Brings a high school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of call center experience
• Has strong typing skills and computer knowledge
• Is confident navigating tech and new systems
• Works well under pressure while staying calm
• Can juggle multiple tasks with a smile
• Loves turning challenges into solutions
• Communicates clearly and listens attentively
• Keeps accurate notes and details in order

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls and emails, as well as following up on previous issues with customers, solving electric and gas water heater equipment issues,
• Detailing call, installation, and product information.
• Researching product/part information, inputs/documents, and maintaining/updates records using multiple web-based systems.
• Makes warranty-related decisions.
• Other duties as assigned.
